If you haven’t already heard of Zach Anner, you will definitely start hearing more about him.
Anner is a comedian at heart, and that’s evident throughout his YouTube channel. However, Zach also has Cerebral Palsy, and he’s striving to prove that it won’t keep him down.
Each Wednesday, Zach posts a new Workout Wednesday video on his channel. Every video explores a new workout that wheelchair users could give a try, and on occasion he even shows workouts that wheelchair users shouldn’t try.
Some video topics have included tennis, swimming, the bench press, and pull ups. Other videos also use working out as a metaphor for life lessons, like milestones. Plus, he does every video all while poking fun at himself and his disease.

Zach proves throughout each video that being in a wheelchair cannot keep you from doing anything you love to do. It’s also clear to viewers that he’s leading by example and proving that you can still have fun while living with a serious disease.
