The old way of doing business is still very much alive in that they willingly go the extra mile to fully answer any questions. They sure helped greatly by interacting with the VA to help the process move forward. Delivering the van to be inspected by the VA, then to my front door was another blessing in itself. The entire team coordinated every step and communicated with me the entire way. Thanks to all members for providing a high level of customer satisfaction which seems to be a forgotten method by most others.
